ABQ Pride

I arrived in Albuquerque just in time for the LGBT Pride Parade on June 30.  The parade was led off by active duty and vets from the military services who were the grand marshalls this year.  No more Don't Ask Don't Tell!!!!!

Everybody was there. Families and babies, grannies in lawn chairs, couples, and loads of young people, having a great time and really respectful of each other.

The parade ended in Expo Park (fairgrounds).  New Mexico Gay Rodeo Association had their horses in a corral where people could talk to the riders and pet the horses.
